REALTY SALES
1. In any case that the
market price of a realty is until 75.000 euros , it is defined as a
minimun Real Estate fee the price of 1.500 euros each.
2. For realties with sale price more than 75.000 euros, minimum real estate fee is 2% of the real sale price each.
REALTY RENTS
3. Professional Rentals. 1 rental price + 2% each above the price of the commercial use(wind).
4. Private Rentals. 1 rental price each(lessor and renter).
PRE-CONTRACT AGREEMENT ADVANCE
(A) For worth realties until 75.000 euro, it is payed from the buyer
the price of 3.000 euro as engagement price above the market sale
price of the realty.
(B) For worth realties more than 75.000 euro, it is payed from the
buyer as engagement price the 5% above the market sale price of
the realty.
(C) That price is agreeded that will be without interest in the Real
Estate Agent hands until the contract sign and then will be given
to the beneficiary, since the agreement fee will be hold by the Real
Estate Agent.
REALTY ESTIMATION (SUGGESTION)
(A) For worth realties until 75.000 euro, a simple written estimation from a Real Estate Agent costs 100,00 euro.
(B) For worth realties more than 75.000 euro, is calculates 1,00 (one)
per 1000,00 for the rest of the realty price. The real estate fee
for realties more than 20 kilometeres and for high prices, is
determined after an agreement between the contracted persons and
the real estate agent.
