Building Plot
with the term of building plot characterized the land which is inside the approved town-planning of a Municipality.

Plot or Land
with the term of plot characterized the land which is outside the approved town-planning of a Municipality.

Contributor Building
the number, which proliferous with the surface of the plot gives the total surface of all the floors and the the buildings that can be construct inside that plot according to the current laws.
Be careful! The underground garage does not count in the sum.
Now we must note that the landmarks (that characterized from the Town-planning Service) and can not be demolitioned, and then to rebuild again, can however sell to someone the contributor building that would have and he can transfer it to an another area and to an another building.(contributor Transfer).

Coverage
the surface that is enclosed from the projection of the sketches all the buildongs in the bulding plot on a horizontal surface.
ex. in a land 1.000 square meters with coverage 0,40 we can place the building only in (1.000×0,40=) 400 square meters surface land inside the plot. Even if we can through the Coefficient Building to build 800 square metesr, they must «foot» on 400 square meters surface (accordingly 2 levels of 400 square meters or 4 levels of 200 square meters etc, definetely while the allowed height is legally).

Height
in definetely position, is the vertical distance that consist of the measuring starting point, according to that law, until ending point of the highest surface of the top floor, included the insulation and the cover of that surface. The highest of these heights is the higher level of that building.
The legally builging height in that area, ex. if the Town-palnning Service allows 9m + 1,5 roof (and a soffit).
Some times the legally height is according to the road width, so that the opposite buildings, do not darken the road (and their down floors).
