Landed property by article 948 A.K. is the land and its components. Movable is what is not landed property.
As ground we mean a specific part of the earth which performs the terms
of the mean and the thing and mainly the term of the absolute, we mean
the personalization. The personalization comes with the exact limited
the thing by position, limits, borders, girth edgeways and shape ðïõ

As components of the landed property, firstly we mean these that can be define by the generali criteria of the article 953 A.K. (according
to that component is the part of the complex thing thath can not be
separatedfrom the main thing without its own damage or to the main
thing or without vitiation fo the entity or to their destination or
both of them) and secondly these they call components according to the law (954 A.K.).
These are:
a) The thing that are connected firmly with the land and especially
with the buildings, and their detachment is too hard to be done.
b) The landed property products, in case which are connected with the ground (trees, minerals etc.).
c) The underground water and its fountains.
d) The seeds after the seedinf.
e) The movable that they used for the building or they placed to that
addendum, according to the articles 956 and 957 A.K., is the movable
thing that without being a component of the main thing,it is
destinating for a continuous service of the economical purpose and it
is closely relational with the main thing.
Perhaps passing breakaway to appendicies of the main thing, non raise
this property. The characterization one thing as a component has the
following legally effects:
A) As is the duration to the component with the complex thing, can not
be a separate ownership or separate restricted title on the component.
In reverse, the ownership or the other factual authorities that exists
in the complex thing expand in the component.
b) Any factual legal act for the compex thing includes constrainedly
the component, even that which was added after the preparation of the
legal act.
c) The exist before factal authorities inside the components, are
writting off definetely with their connection to the complex thing.
d) The factual authorities on the component stay unchangeably and after of perhaps separate of the complex thing.
e) Not allowed the autotelic claim of the component.
f) Not allowed the autotelic the delivery of the componenet without the main thing.
g) Not allowed the autotelic distraint of all the components. In
reverse the distraint of the realty expand and on it components.
